Bartosz Dybiec
Director of Studies & Teacher
Bart is an experienced academic leader with over a decade of experience in English language education. He holds a Master’s in TESOL, along with postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership and Inclusive Education. He began his teaching career in 2010 and has taught English to learners from all backgrounds in Poland, the USA, and Australia.
He has extensive experience teaching General English across all levels, as well as EAP, IELTS, Pronunciation, and Cambridge preparation, and has delivered teacher training and Professional Development sessions.
As Director of Studies, Bart focuses on maintaining high academic standards, supporting teachers, and ensuring every class offers an engaging and rewarding learning experience.
Luiz Moreira
Head Teacher
Luiz is an enthusiastic English teacher from Brazil, now based in Sydney. With a background in architecture and urban planning, he brings creativity and thoughtfulness to the classroom. Having learned English himself and lived abroad, he understands the challenges of mastering a new language and uses that insight to connect with his students.
He teaches General English across all levels, designing interactive lessons that build confidence and real-world communication skills. Believing language is a bridge to opportunity, Luiz creates a supportive environment where students feel encouraged, valued, and inspired to succeed.
Sophie Joo
General English & IELTS Teacher
Sophie has always been fascinated by languages and the power they have to connect people. With qualifications in Languages, Interpretation, TESOL, and CELTA, she brings both academic rigor and real-world insight to the classroom.
Having lived and taught in various countries, Sophie draws on rich cultural experiences to make English learning meaningful and memorable. Now happily based in Sydney, she creates a welcoming, engaging environment where students feel motivated to learn, grow, and enjoy every step of their language journey.
Sophie Bila
General English Teacher
Sophie holds a TESOL Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Theatre, Education, and Drama. She began teaching English in 2023 and has since supported learners from all backgrounds in Sydney, helping them build confidence and find their voice.
She believes language learning should be dynamic, engaging, and personal, tailoring lessons to different learning styles with interactive activities and real-life contexts.
Driven by person-centred education, she encourages students to be curious, brave, and open to new experiences — seeing language learning as a journey of self-discovery that builds confidence and connection.
Kris Ford
General English & IELTS Teacher
Kris is an English language teacher with a decade of experience supporting international students in Australia’s vocational education sector. He holds a Certificate IV in TESOL, a Bachelor of Training and Development, and a Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management).
Drawing on his VET background, Kris helps learners bridge the gap between academic study and practical communication. His classes emphasise clarity, structure, and steady progress.
Recognised for his calm, professional approach, he believes language growth is best achieved through clear expectations, consistent practice, and mutual understanding.
Marko Janjetovic
General English Teacher
Marko is a native English speaker from Sydney. Raised in a bilingual household, he developed a strong interest in languages early on — seeing his parents thrive as their English improved inspired his appreciation for the life-changing power of language learning.
He has taught General English from Pre-Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate levels, Cambridge English and pronunciation courses. Marko works to create a motivating, supportive environment where students feel confident, and finds helping learners find their voice in English the most rewarding part of his teaching.
Barry Naruk
IELTS Teacher
Barry is a creative, and approachable educator with over twenty years of international teaching experience and more than five years of teacher training expertise. His career has taken him across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia, enabling him to develop a deep understanding of cultural diversity and a flexible approach to varied learning needs. Barry takes great pride in tailoring his lessons to suit the specific needs of each learner group, creating dynamic, student-centered environments that promote autonomy, confidence, and creativity. He is truly passionate about teaching and you will know it once you join his class!
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in TESOL, CELT, DELTA, Bachelor’s in English Philology, Former IELTS Examiner

Iwona Szewczuk
General English
Iwona is passionate about helping students achieve their English language goals. With extensive experience teaching English to speakers of other languages at international colleges in Sydney and back in Poland, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with learning a new language.
Having been an international student herself in Australia, she can personally relate to the experiences of her students. She believes in the importance of creating a fun, supportive, welcoming, and motivating environment where every learner feels understood on a personal level and becomes empowered to succeed.
