Alpha English Academy warmly welcomes students under the age of 18. We understand that studying abroad at a young age is a big step — for students and families alike. That’s why we’ve put the right support in place so that every under 18 student arrives prepared, stays safe, and gets the most out of their time with us in Sydney.
Accommodation & Welfare
Alpha English Academy has approved Study Vision to arrange accommodation and welfare support for all under 18 students. Study Vision has been operating across Australia since 1994 and is trusted by leading schools and universities nationwide.
All under 18 students are required to have their accommodation managed through Study Vision before a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) and CAAW can be issued.

Airport Transfers
All under 18 students are required to book an airport transfer through Study Vision on arrival into Australia and on departure back to their home country. This is a condition of enrolment and is non-negotiable.
For Parents & Legal Guardians
Before your child’s enrolment is confirmed, Alpha English Academy requires:
- Written consent from a parent or legal guardian
- A signed Written Agreement between the College and the parent or guardian
- Confirmed accommodation and welfare arrangements through Study Vision
